ISA's dedicated team of data collection professionals utilize our technology (OSPI) and their in depth understanding of the requirements for a successful data collection project to enable you to start maximizing the benefits of your data center management solution investment. PRE-PROJECT SCOPE
Experience of working with our customers often tells us that typically there is a large discrepancy between their current data set on their IT infrastructure and the reality of what is sitting out on the raised floor. In order to more effectively cost a data collection process which in turn allows you to budget effectively, ISA engages one of its team of experts to carry out a site visit to carry out a Pre Project scoping exercise. This exercise also increases momentum for the Data Collection process through increased preparedness prior to the data collection team walking on site.

AUDIT SERVICES
Customers may not have the resources or budget to carry out their own audits in the data center. ISA's dedicated team of Audit professionals can be engaged on a scheduled basis to carry out audits of your data centers to prevent data degradation. OSPI's Audit module coupled with our auditing services allows you to keep on top of your asset management on an ongoing basis, creating clear and up to date records and protecting you against the gradual erosion of your data set. Our regular health checks on your Data Center ensure you maintain and realise the anticipated ROI from your Data Center Management solution.

RACKWISE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
At ISA we have fully trained Rackwise consultants to assist our clients with the implementation of their Rackwise DCM solution. ISA's Rackwise team provide you with the necessary skills and resource for carrying out successful Rackwise implementations allowing you to maximize ROI on your Rackwise solution. The Rackwise DCM solution is quick to implement and does not require extensive Professional Service engagements. Our professional services team are here to assist you with your data center projects, to allow rapid deployment and to train the user base on the Rackwise DCM solution and methodologies leaving you self sufficient but with the back up of quality support should you need it.
