Pre - Project Scope

Experience has proven that there is typically a large discrepancy between a customer's current data set on their IT infrastructure and the reality of what is sitting out on the raised floor. In order for our customers to get a more accurate picture of project cost prior to the physical data collection process commencing ISA engages one of it's experts to visit the data center and carry out a pre-project scoping exercise. This exercise increases momentum for the Data Collection process through enhanced preparedness prior to the data collection team walking on site.
