ISA is the premier provider of data center asset/inventory data collec-tion in the industry. ISA’s team of data collection professionals and the OSPI® v.3 System provide “best of class” onsite inventory services.
Asset/Inventory engagements include:
Data Center Survey: Identification of rack and device labeling schemes, manufacturer and models of devices used in the center and the scope and duration of the project delivered in a quote and SOW.
Scheduling and Security: Setting the schedule for each site to be in-ventoried, ensuring adherence to all organization security require-ments, policies are established prior to service execution.
A Dedicated Team Lead: Is provided for each site inventoried for team management and resolution of any issues that arise during the inventory process. Status/Progress reports are provided on a daily basis.
Quality Assurance: Daily reviews of completeness and accuracy of data collected. Data is ensured to be 99.999% accurate.
Service Delivery: Audit/Inventory execution by a set of industry pro-fessionals, daily progress reports and delivery of information or up-loading data to your DCIM system on project completion.
Reports: Professional project completion reports both technical and executive summary and analysis.
Integrations: The OSPI® System may act as a stand alone system or exchange data with the following DCIM vendors:

OSPI® Manager:
Configures, manages, and synchronizes OSPI® Mobile devices allowing multiple devices to be used simultaneously- Maintains a master Microsoft SQL database of all data collected from OSPI® Mobile devices
- Redistributes MS SQLce database updates to the OSPI® Mobile devices to ensure each device has accurate and the most up to date data
- Publishes asset management and audit/inventory and summary analysis reports
- Excel/XML import/export of data with leading DCIM products and other 3rd party systems
OSPI® Mobile:
- Captures data on manufacturer, model, asset ID, serial number, rack, rack position (RU) for servers, blades, switches, patch panels, KVM, network cards, power supplies, , power cabling, network cabling, specific customer defined information, and device images
- Process oriented system ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy for the team of data collection professionals
